Detox

I found this simple drink recipe on Pinterest. It’s a great drink to detox your body, boost your metabolism and help clear up your skin. I’d still say the best ingredient in this is water. The above results can be easily obtained by drinking 8 glasses of water a day, but the fresh taste the extra ingredients add to this, definitely make it more exciting.

2 liters of water ( you can really use as much water as you like. I basically filled up my fancy Brita to the top)

1 medium cucumber thinly sliced

1 lemon thinly sliced

10 – 15 mint leaves

Mix together and leave water cooling overnight. Drink a glass in the morning, every day.
